At Canoe Centre, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items safely in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
